Product Marketing Manager (WhiteOwl)

Our services include business process consulting, application (ERP, CRM, etc.) implementation, custom software, cloud and virtualization services, managed and virtual CIO services, and business continuity and security consulting.

WhiteOwl is also the developer and implementer of PaperSave®, a cloud-based document management, workflow, and transaction automation software product. In addition, we are resellers and partners for Microsoft, Intacct, and Blackbaud technologies.

Based in South Florida, we were founded in 1997, and have over 1,000 clients throughout the United States and internationally. WhiteOwl is the technology affiliate of MBAF, a top-40 CPA and consulting firm.
 

Position Summary

As a Product Marketing Manager at WhiteOwl, you will be a key creator of our 'Go to Market' strategy for WhiteOwl product lines and cross selling to existing clients.  This position will develop the plan for brand integration, lead generation, market growth, and market penetration strategies for key verticals for Direct and Channel driven sales. This individual will report to the VP of Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Define market opportunity and create growth strategies for the Professional Services, Healthcare, Distribution, Not for Profit, Manufacturing and Hospitality markets.
  • Understand customers business and operational challenges.
  • Engage the target market based on understanding different market verticals, their needs, how to meet those needs and how to differentiate those products in the competitive landscape with traditional and non-traditional competitors.
  • Craft value/differentiation collateral including, white papers, ROI modeling, and customer testimonials to be leveraged in marketing awareness, thought leadership campaigns, and demand generation efforts.
  • Participate in Blackbaud and Dynamics marketplace and understand the relationship to reach new audiences and deepen awareness.
  • Collect and report marketing metrics on marketing campaigns, sales analysis, and SEO Rankings.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Four+ years of Product Marketing professional experience in a progressive software environment
  • Click Dimensions and Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and writing skills
  • Social Media and Search Engine Optimization experience is a plus
  • Proven influencing skills with internal and external individuals
  • Ability to work within a self-driven environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
