As an International Tax Senior Manager in MBAF’s Private Client Services group, your primary responsibility will be to provide international tax planning, transactions, research, consulting, and compliance to high net worth individuals and their related entities. You will be in charge of due diligence process and analysis, inbound and outbound international tax planning and investment, subpart-F and foreign tax credit planning, transfer pricing, tax provision review and support, tax compliance review and support, tax planning and compliance as it relates to acquisitions and dispositions, multistate and international tax issues, coordination in drafting legal documentation, and implementation of tax planning structures. As an International Tax Senior Manager, you will be working closely with principals to develop global tax strategies for clients.
