Position Summary

As a Client Relationship Senior at MBAF, your primary responsibility will be to determine how to best assist clients and ensure that solutions are provided in a professional manner. The position includes a wide variety of responsibilities and skills including customer service, administrative, operational and analytical.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare materials and follow up with clients after meetings.
  • Assist with data accumulation for financial and tax reporting.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding their investments in the U.S.
  • Deliver exceptional client service when interfacing with clients.
  • Perform various accounting tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business or related field
  • Three+ years of accounting and/or client service experience in Real Estate
  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese is required
  • Experience with QuickBooks is preferred
  • Exceptional client service skills
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites if needed
