Position Summary

As a Litigation Support/Forensic Accounting Senior at MBAF, you will provide independent technical accounting and forensic expertise in complex litigation matters. The Litigation Support Senior will be responsible for overseeing litigation engagements including staff supervision.


  • Participate on and oversee and complete litigation engagements/special assignments.
  • Prepare complex financial analyses.
  • Draft economic damage calculations and reports for senior management review.
  • Compile material for deposition or trial as requested.
  • Prepare work product for compliance with professional standards and firm policy.
  • Create summaries of financial statements, tax returns and other quantitative data.
  • Supervise receipt and organization of new documents.
  • Ensure case documents are organized and prepared accurately.
  • Stay current with new developments in litigation theories, methods, and case law precedents.
  • Responsible for the supervision of all entry level consultants.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Master’s in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, International Business or related field
  • Must be working towards CPA or CFE license
  • Successfully complete a minimum of two years of experience at the staff level in litigation support, business valuation, or forensic accounting
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, research, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Proven strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites
